Refund policy

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. Items must be unuse  original tags.
We do not accept returns for size preference, color variation due to screens, or change of mind unless specifically stated. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
